Our Vision

As the internet growns a foundation of independence and wild capabilities that history has never seen before, we're combining what we envision as the future of traveling. We want to create a portable, lightweight, easy, environmentally-friendly and enjoyable method of revolutionizing the way we travel by creating what someone could call “cloud wardrobes.”

We're dedicated to keeping all of our operations in a green, eco-friendly fashion.

Every purchase of the RoxBox couples a donation to charity.

2

In every wordrobe capsule, one article of clothing will be sourced from ThredUp, a consignment clothing service as a way to encourage recycling and reusing.

3

Everything about the RoxBox and the packaging involved is eco-friendly and recyclable.

Dustin Hagadone

Originally from Kaimuki, Hawai'i, Dustin's a professional pilot with years of experience waiting for luggage at the airport carousel and countless hours of searching for overhead bin space availability on overcrowded flights. Motivated to better the world around him, he shifted from piloting planes to navigating change in the travel industry. His mission is focused on getting air travelers to their destination with a little less work and a lot more convenience. Whether you're traveling to create memories or build an empire, the night before should be filled with excitement, not dread. He believes our journey should be just as satisfying at the destination. Dustin's favorite novel is The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Anchor, and in his free time you'll find him hiking the stunning Koko Head trail that defines the eastern side of Maunalua Bay on the island of O'ahu.

Roxanne was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. After graduating from De La Salle University, she enlisted with the United States Navy. She served her country for 8 years and eventually transitioned into the Navy Reserves and entered law school. Roxanne has been fortunate enough to be able to travel the world by way of deployment and has continued to explore new destinations and collect unforgettable experiences with Dustin by her side. Her love for fashion and creating fond memories is what drove her to help create No Baggage. She believes sustainability, style, and convenience shouldn't be mutually exclusive. It shouldn't be hard to pack light and look good. In her free time, Roxanne likes to go boxing, learn golf, and play with her dog Lulu.
