How It Works
After choosing the options that will best suit your travel plans, input your travel destination from amongst our available airports and hotels, and we'll confirm the rest of the plans for you. Depending on your destination, your items will either be delivered straight to the hotel, delivered from the airport, or straight to your destination's airport. Here's a step-by-step guide in some of the basic options in the plans.

The price of the toiletries pack is around $6 a day for every day of your travels.
Every package includes our RoxBox for you to either keep or return to the airport at the end of your trip.

Cost will entirely depend on the duration of your travels and which package you choose. The more streamline 5-day package will go for around $60, while the custom packages will go for around $12 a day accounting for two outfits per day.
We aim to continually expand the amount of partnerships with airports, hotels, and accommodation services as we grow. Every year so far has yielded approximately 6 new options for our customers. We suggest signing up for our email subscription list to stay up-to-date with news and happenings.
As more options roll out for packages and wardrobe options, we'll enable interfaces to customize your set of outfits. For the time being, we are offering streamlined wardrobes that will be particularly useful for seasonal travel and travelers looking for the easiest options possible.
The basic package, spanning five days costs $150, offering a more common wardrobe. The premium package, also spanning five days would be about $250 and offers more clothing options.
Any clothing item can be refunded at any time throughout your travels using two methods. If you plan on keeping the RoxBox after your travels, use the return label included in the capsule to mark and mail your return items. Any clothing items not returned after your trip will be charged a small purchase fee. If you do not plan to keep your RoxBox after your trip, mark the clothing items that you did not like either on the return label form, or online before turning in your RoxBox.
